Intergeneration Advent Study
A CLASSICAL CHRISTMAS
Wednesdays, December 2, 9, 16
6:00 p.m. Dinner, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Study
Throughout the years there have been Christmas shows on TV for people of all ages. As these specials repeat year after year, they become Christmas classics, favorites among viewers. While they are "Christmas" specials, sometimes their story is anything but connected to the Bible story. This Advent we will watch and identify the message of three Christmas TV classics – The Little Drummer Boy, A Charlie Brown Christmas, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Whether you are a child or a child at heart, we invite you to join us this Advent for a special time of fellowship and reflection, craft activities and fun.
Each Wednesday night program begins with dinner at 6:00 p.m. RSVP in the Church Office, then come and enjoy the evening fellowship and study. On December 2 and 9, a free-will donation will be on the food line to help cover costs. December 16 will be a covered-dish supper, so we hope you will bring a food dish to share that night.
