The Salisbury Presbyterian Church youth group consists of students in grades 6 – 12 and represents many different area schools, both public and private. Our ministry seeks to create a diversity of ministry opportunities to explore and grow in faith, serve God in the world, create Christian community within our group and gain skills for life beyond the teenage years. Each Sunday night something is different. Contact Director of Youth Ministries, Corey Goss at cgoss@thesalisburychurch.org, for more information.

Youth are invited to join us at any time during the year and all are welcome!

No Ceilings LIVE!

No Ceilings LIVE was such a hit during the summer months that we will continue it through the fall! Some of the new additions we will be adding to the service are guest speakers from Young Life and showcasing the gifts and talents of the youth! Join us October 29th as we serve and eat dinner with our CARITAS guests then move to the gym for an evening of worship.

The Pilgrimage

We are looking to attend an outreach in Washington, D.C. called The Pilgrimage on November 3 – 6. The Pilgrimage is a church that helps the less fortunate in the metro D.C. area and also operates as a retreat for youth groups to gain a better understanding of outreach. While at The Pilgrimage students will hear stories of people that used to be homeless, have an opportunity to do mission work around the D.C. area, and go sightseeing while enjoying the nation’s capital. Space is limited and we would like a count of students who are interested in coming along for this trip. If you feel your child would be interested, the cost is $50 and is due by October 15. Payments may be turned in at the church office or given to either Corey or Zack. For more information please contact Corey Goss.

We are also asking for initial interest in traveling to Haiti! DATES CONFIRMED: July 10 – 17. The approximate cost should be around $1500. We do hope to minimize this by fundraising. We can take a maximum of 10 youth on this mission. Deposits for this trip are due immediately and are $200, followed by a $500 payment on January 15. For more information please contact Corey Goss.

Youth Ministries meets most Sunday nights starting at 6:00 PM for dinner (Bring $5.00 for dinner). Youth groups meet at 6:30 PM.
Middle School meets in the F&E Building, Room 204.
High School meets in the F&E Building, Room 206.
Plan to join us for a great year of Youth Programs at Salisbury Presbyterian!
