Sunday Discipleship is a great opportunity for young people to come together to talk about the week, what’s happening in their lives, and to explore Biblical truths found in Scripture.  Our goal is to provide a life-changing foundation for young people’s faith that will transform their lives!   (F&E is the Fellowship and Education Building.)

Sundays, 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Middle School (Grades 6-7)  Young people will first get an overview of the Bible, both Old and New Testaments.  Once they see how the Bible fits together, they will discover the similarities they have with the unlikely people selected by God to do extraordinary things.  (F&E 207)

Confirmation Class (Garde 8)  An engaging nine-month class for 8th graders to explore who they are and what they believe.  Class includes community outreach, service, and a retreat.  (Young people will receive Bibles at the beginning of the class.  These Bibles will be used weekly in Confirmation class.)  (F&E 204)

Parent Overview – Sunday, September 20

May 1 – Confirmation Exam with session and lunch

May 14 – Confirmation class presented to congregation

High School (Grades 9-12)  Young people will look at stories of people in the Old Testament.  While we sometimes feel disconnected with OT stories that seem irrelevant to our life, young people will discover that OT people are important and that their stories do connect with life today.  (F&E 206)
