Palm Sunday commemorates the entrance of Christ into Jerusalem, when palm branches were placed in his path, before his arrest on Maundy Thursday and his crucifixion on Good Friday. It thus marks the beginning of Holy Week, the final week of Lent.

The word Maundy comes from the latin, ‘mandatum‘, or ‘command‘ which refers to the instructions Jesus gave his disciples at the Last Supper.
Good Friday – April 15, 2022 @ 7:30 p.m., Tenebrae service
Good Friday is a day to remember the judgment, passion, crucifixion, death, and burial of Jesus Christ. Jesus was crucified on Good Friday and rose again three days later – on Easter.

Easter means the celebration of hope. We celebrate the resurrection of Jesus from the dead on Easter Sunday. The resurrection gives us hope for eternal life.
