We arrived safely in Lewisburg, WV and the youth gave a wonderful concert at Old Stone Presbyterian Church. They do not have a youth choir at Old Stone, but several of their youth were in the audience and the music director, who was our host, is hoping that our concert tonight would help spark some interest and support for starting one.

The photo below is in front of Carnegie Hall and the park which is across the street from the church. They are a sharp looking group!

It’s been a busy but wonderful day on youth choir tour. We sang a morning concert at The Seasons Retirement Home in Lewisburg, had hamburgers at Five Guys, sang another concert at Bayberry Inn retirement home in Beckley and got settled into our cabins at Adventures on the Gorge. Late afternoon brought ziplining which meant our youth were flying at 60 mph across the mountains here! Quite an experience as was the off-roading bus ride to get there.

Our evening concluded with a devotion led by our rising seniors on turning your fears over to God and knowing that He is always there to guide us.

Our Youth continued to impress all of us on Sunday, leading worship in the morning at Fayetteville Pres. and then delivering a fantastic concert in the evening. We enjoyed a little downtime at the pool in between events, then a fireside devotional led by our senior boys.We are heading down to the river for rafting today. Enjoy the photos below!
